Gardening Series: Pest Control and Companion Planting

Save the date for Sustainable Overlook’s June gardening class:

Pest Control and Companion Planting: Creating Conditions for Ecological Balance
Third Thursday, June 20th, from 6:00-8:00 pm

Take a walk through two gardens (two blocks apart) and learn the EASY way to garden.  Permaculture gardening methods work with nature which helps save your pocket book, your back and our planet!  Gardeners will explain the all-organic systems being utilized in their yards to manage pests, compost, nearly eliminate weeds, and bring beauty and bounty to the neighborhood.

All levels of gardeners welcome, no need to RSVP. Meet at Mulysa’s garden.

About Mulysa

I love my work as a landscape designer and artist. When I'm not planning homesteads or working in the studio, you'll find me hiking, photographing, gardening, baking, cooking vegetarian meals with friends, reading and working on sustainability issues...with my baby on my hip in Portland, Oregon.
